Incredibly beautiful old-fashioned hotel in the heart of Paris. Brand-new and big and reasonably priced room with shower. Climate control and multi-channel television were convenient. Very very nice staff, marvellous location close to supermarket. Based near Elysee Palace, quiet neighbourhood and Printemps and Paris for Christmas holidays...

helpful friendly reception which is important only being able to speak english
was being refurbished, very messy, paint drops, dusty, no toiletries in room (there was toilet paper, no soap, shampoo, etc) and no hot water when wanting shower prior to leaving at 6am in the morning. i suspect this was because of the renovations. i would stil reconmend this hotel for convenience, location, and price

Breakfast was quite fulfilling, with options like meat, cheese, and pastries that energized us for a day out with two young kids.
For dads, it would be great if there were more space in the rooms.

Excellent location: town center, but not a noisy street. Friendliness of staff. Breakfast (tray) OKish. The sheets were clean. They gave me free WiFi access when I complained about the size, heat and lack of shower (see below).
My room - #1 5th floor - was under the roof with no aircon (at 31° c), no shower, no closet. A closet and a 65 x 125 cm shower cabin is shared with two other rooms. You need to pull the unmarked wooden plank to find it. No, that's not dangerous. The room door exits sideways to the stairs. Yes, that is dangerous. The lift ends at 4th floor - when it works, which was not the case when I arrived with my suitcase. I'm 169 cm tall, and I had to move slowly and carefully in the room to avoid various obstacles. The dust in the cabinet was approx 3 mm high. What I really disliked is that they claim al this is normal and made clear on the website - check for yourself - and that they asked Bookings.com to not approve my review in case I should write one.

This hotel is a really great place, the room although typically small as paris hotels can be, the decor was just fantastic and apparently every room is different. Definitely worth a look as it is also in a great position for exploring Paris and the metro a stones throw away.

very central location , but room lacked space
The location is excellent, providing easy access to major attractions nearby. The price is quite reasonable for the quality of stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially during check-in when I had questions about local dining options.
The room was smaller than expected, making it a bit challenging to move around comfortably.

Just a stones throw from the Champs Elysees, it is a stunning location and, although the rooms aren't huge, this hotel gives you everything you need as a base to explore this beautiful city. Compact rooms, but with all the touches you would need. The quaint little lift was great fun, but dont try to squeeze more than two people in it. Staff were very helpful and happy to answer questions about the area.
The bathroom was rather small, not a huge problem, but could put some people off. Having said that, it had a shower, sink and toilet - what more do you need?
